Product Warranty

The warranty covers confirmed defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal intended use within the applicable coverage period. Eligibility is determined after Wellstry reviews the order information and evidence provided.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, consumable parts, cosmetic changes that do not affect function, accidental or liquid damage, misuse, neglect, improper cleaning or storage, unauthorized repair or modification, incorrect voltage or charging, or damage caused by failure to follow product instructions.

After diagnosis, Wellstry may provide troubleshooting, repair guidance, replacement parts, repair, replacement, or another appropriate warranty solution. The remedy depends on the product, fault, location, parts availability, and applicable law. A warranty claim does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Yes. Please provide the Wellstry order number, invoice, receipt, or other acceptable proof of purchase. We may also request the product model, serial or batch information where available, delivery date, photos, video, and results of guided troubleshooting.

No. Stop using equipment that appears damaged, overheats abnormally, or operates unexpectedly. Disconnect it from power when safe to do so, and do not open, modify, or repair electrical equipment unless Wellstry specifically authorizes the step in writing.

Any shipping, parts, repair, import, or service costs will be confirmed after the claim is reviewed. Responsibility can depend on the diagnosis, destination, purchase channel, applicable terms, and consumer law. Do not return a product until Wellstry provides instructions.
