What's COVERED?
All Wellstry electronics come with a standard 1-year limited warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship under regular use. To learn more about what’s included, click here.
What's Not COVERED?
We’re always here to help, but there are a few things that our warranty doesn’t cover. This includes the following:
1. Physical or cosmetic damages
2. Damage of the adapter
3. Damage arising from normal wear and tear
4. Water-damage or damage from physical mishandling.
5. Damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the use of the product
6. Warranty is voided if product has been altered, tampered, modified, or repaired by an unauthorized agent or if label is removed from product.
